TERMS OF USE
Elite Entry: ADF Preparation
1. General Information
Elite Entry provides general preparation guidance, educational content, progress tracking tools, and self-assessment features designed to support individuals preparing for Australian Defence Force recruitment.
Elite Entry is independently developed and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected with the Australian Defence Force, Defence Force Recruiting, the Department of Defence, or the Australian Government.
All content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only and should be independently verified through official ADF sources before being relied upon.
2. Licence to Use
When you purchase or download Elite Entry, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the application for personal, non-commercial use on compatible devices.
Purchase of the app grants access rights only and does not transfer ownership of the software, content, branding, or intellectual property.
3. Intellectual Property
All content made available through Elite Entry, including software, design, branding, logos, graphics, layouts, educational materials, question banks, readiness scoring systems, written content, and associated intellectual property, remains the property of Elite Entry or its licensors.
Users must not:
� copy substantial portions of content
� redistribute content
� republish material
� commercially exploit content
� reverse engineer software
� reproduce scoring systems or proprietary app logic
� create derivative works without written permission
Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
4. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Use of Elite Entry does not guarantee:
� progression through any stage of ADF recruitment
� success in aptitude testing
� success in Assessment Day activities
� success in the Aviation Selection Process
� success in Officer Selection Boards
� meeting ADF medical, psychological, or physical standards
� receipt of any offer of service
All recruitment decisions remain solely with Defence Force Recruiting and the Australian Defence Force.
5. Readiness Scores and Assessments
Readiness scores, indicators, recommendations, and feedback generated by Elite Entry:
� are indicative guidance tools only
� are based on user-entered information and internal app methodology
� do not represent official ADF scoring systems
� must not be relied upon as definitive assessments of suitability or readiness
6. Physical Training and Health
Elite Entry may include physical preparation guidance, targets, and training recommendations.
By using physical training features, you acknowledge:
� physical activity carries inherent risk
� participation is entirely at your own risk
� you are responsible for your own training decisions
� you should seek qualified medical advice before beginning or modifying training where appropriate
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer accepts no responsibility for injury, illness, overtraining, or physical harm arising from training activities undertaken in connection with app content.
7. User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
� the accuracy of information entered into the app
� maintaining backups where desired
� securing your device and locally stored data
� decisions made based on app content
� lawful and reasonable use of the application
8. Content Accuracy
ADF standards, recruitment pathways, policies, and selection processes may change over time.
Elite Entry may not always reflect the latest official standards.
While reasonable efforts may be made to keep content relevant, no guarantee is given that information is current, complete, or error-free.
Users should verify requirements through official ADF channels.
9. Prohibited Use
Users must not use Elite Entry to:
� infringe intellectual property rights
� copy or distribute proprietary content
� interfere with app functionality
� attempt unauthorised access to app systems
� misuse the app in unlawful ways
10. App Availability and Updates
Elite Entry is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
The app may be updated, modified, suspended, discontinued, or removed from distribution platforms at any time without notice.
Compatibility with future devices, operating systems, or platform changes is not guaranteed.
Updates may be provided at the developer's discretion.
11. Purchases and Refunds
Purchases are processed through third-party distribution platforms (such as Google Play) and may be subject to the terms, payment policies, and refund processes of those platforms, in addition to rights available under Australian law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Entry and its developer are not liable for:
� direct or indirect loss
� loss of opportunity
� financial loss
� recruitment outcomes
� injury or health consequences
� technical faults
� content errors or omissions
� loss of access
� device incompatibility
� interruptions in service
13. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, liability is limited, where permitted, to repair, replacement, resupply, or refund of the purchase price.
14. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time.
Continued use of Elite Entry after updates may constitute acceptance of revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
16. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using Elite Entry, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use.

PRIVACY POLICY
Elite Entry: ADF Preparation
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Elite Entry handles information within the application.
Elite Entry is designed to support ADF preparation while minimising data collection and prioritising user privacy.
2. Independent Application
Elite Entry is independently developed and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected with the Australian Defence Force, Defence Force Recruiting, the Department of Defence, or the Australian Government.
3. Information Handling
Elite Entry is designed so that most information entered by users - including fitness results, readiness scores, milestone dates, progress tracking, and responses within the app - is stored locally on the user's device.
We do not intentionally collect personal identifying information through the app for external storage or sale.
4. How Information Is Used
Information entered into Elite Entry may be used within the app to:
� calculate indicative readiness scores
� generate preparation feedback
� track progress within the app
� personalise preparation pathways based on selected goals and milestone dates
This processing is primarily performed locally on the user's device.
5. Data Sharing
Elite Entry does not sell, rent, or intentionally disclose user-entered preparation data to third parties.
Certain platform-level services (such as app store delivery, operating system services, security services, or lawful disclosures where required) may operate independently outside Elite Entry's control.
6. Third-Party Services
Elite Entry is designed without advertising trackers, behavioural analytics, or in-app advertising networks.
However, distribution platforms, operating systems, payment processors, crash reporting services (if enabled), or other platform services may independently process limited technical information under their own privacy policies.
Users should also review the privacy terms of their device manufacturer, operating system provider, and application store provider.
7. Data Security
Most app data is stored locally on the user's device.
The security of that data depends on device-level protections such as passwords, biometric authentication, encryption, and user security practices.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their device.
8. Data Retention
Locally stored app data generally remains on the device until removed by the user, app reset functions are used, or the application is uninstalled.
Actual data removal may vary depending on device operating systems, backup settings, cached files, or restoration services.
9. Children
Elite Entry is not specifically directed at children under 13 years of age and is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Policy Updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.
The most current version will be made available through the app and/or associated website.
Continued use of Elite Entry following updates may constitute acceptance of the revised policy.
